Job summary

Siemens Energy Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to define and execute supplier source change projects aligned with new product development and strategic initiatives. You will coordinate scopes, resources, and budgets while leading cross-functional teams across the globe.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a recognised Project Management certification, and at least 5 years of corporate project experience, including aerospace manufacturing methods.

  • You will lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors to drive project success.
  • You will monitor project risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will prepare project progress reports and present status updates to stakeholders, fostering transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is essential.
  • You hold a recognized certification in Project Management or are enrolled in a certification program that meets minimum criteria.
  • You possess a solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process and aerospace manufacturing methods.
  • With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, you have successfully managed complex projects in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to provide valuable feedback to functional managers regarding team members' strengths and areas for improvement.
