Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for a Supply Chain Profit Protection Analyst to protect assets and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain performance. The role focuses on risk assessment, control design, and governance across inventory, logistics, and third‑party operations.

The successful candidate will work with Finance, Retail Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to drive improvements, ensure audit readiness, and strengthen loss prevention capabilities in a fast‑paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Profit Protection, Loss Prevention, Supply Chain Risk, Internal Controls, Audit, Inventory Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience conducting investigations into stock loss, inventory discrepancies, fraud, theft, or operational incidents.
• Experience supporting internal and external audit programmes and managing audit actions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor risks across 3PLs, transportation networks, and third‑party contract manufacturing.
• Support the development and implementation of profit protection and risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend practical control improvements.
• Analyse inventory discrepancies, stock losses, damages and shrinkage trends.
• Monitor inventory movements and transactional data to identify unusual activity.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities and remediation plans.
