Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking a proactive administrator to support order processing and cross-department coordination within our supply chain. You will raise manual sales orders, track progress, and communicate changes to Production, Transport, and other teams.

You will provide excellent customer service, resolve queries, and produce service level reports. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

About the role:

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and effective coordination across internal departments and the supply chain. The role is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, resolving queries, and supporting operational efficiency through clear communication and reporting.

Key Accountabilities of the role What I do IT

• Monitor orders through the supply chain, ensuring timely progress and resolution of any issues.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, complaints, shortages, and order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Provide administrative support to Supply Chain Planners and the wider team.
• Produce and share service level reports and performance data with stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including raising purchase orders and confirming orders for equipment or services.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (particularly Outlook and Excel) effectively to manage workloads and reporting.
• Provide out-of-hours support where required, including cover for weekends, holidays, or sickness absence.
