Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking an organised administrator to ensure accurate processing of sales orders and to coordinate across Production, Transport and related teams. You will maintain high-quality customer service and support operational efficiency through clear communication and reporting.

Key duties include raising orders, updating details, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and providing SLAs and data to stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is advantageous.

About the role:

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and effective coordination across internal departments and the supply chain. The role is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, resolving queries, and supporting operational efficiency through clear communication and reporting.

Key Accountabilities of the role What I do IT

Accurately raise and manage manual sales orders, including any amendments or updates.

Communicate order details and changes effectively to Production, Transport, and other relevant departments.

Monitor orders through the supply chain, ensuring timely progress and resolution of any issues.

Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, complaints, shortages, and order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

Provide administrative support to Supply Chain Planners and the wider team.

Produce and share service level reports and performance data with stakeholders as required.

Maintain accurate records and documentation, including raising purchase orders and confirming orders for equipment or services.

Use Microsoft Office tools (particularly Outlook and Excel) effectively to manage workloads and reporting.

Provide out-of-hours support where required, including cover for weekends, holidays, or sickness absence.
