An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Manager to join an established, profitable business in a newly created role covering the UK and Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain planning, 3PL logistics, stock and forecasting while playing a key role in integrating a new product range and improving existing processes.

Working closely with UK leadership and international supply chain teams, you will have the autonomy to make improvements, develop forecasting capabilities and ensure stock availability across a diverse product portfolio.

The Role

  • Translate sales forecasts and demand trends into accurate stock requirements, considering product mix, seasonal fluctuations and changing customer demand.
  • Manage replenishment across international manufacturing sites, balancing production lead times, transport schedules and stock availability.
  • Coordinate international logistics across road, rail and sea freight, working with factories, transport partners and third‑party warehouse providers.
  • Proactively identify potential stock shortages, supply disruptions and logistical challenges, implementing solutions to maintain customer service levels.
