As Supply Chain Manager in a well-established chemical manufacturing business, you ll have the autonomy to lead, improve, and manage everything from raw materials and transport to supplier relationships and compliance. What you'll be doing

• Leading all site logistics operations, from packaging to transport and storage
• Managing and developing a small team, fostering growth and high performance
• Driving improvement across S&OP and logistics processes to benchmark standards
• Partnering with third-party logistics providers, ensuring legal and performance compliance
• Managing raw materials and finished goods across multiple locations
• Owning and optimising a GBP2 million logistics budget
• Leading logistics risk management and emergency response planning

What you ll bring

• Minimum 3 years experience leading logistics operations, ideally in a chemical or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of DGSA and SHE compliance
• Confident line management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to lead change and continuous improvement initiatives
• SAP experience and a data-driven mindset
