Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead a multifunctional team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to embed supply chain excellence at the heart of a global organisation known for innovation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll take a hands-on approach to evaluating the product lines, always looking for ways to boost capacity, improve service levels and shorten delivery times. You'll be the vital connection across the entire supply chain—from raw materials through to production, packing, and transportation.

You'll lead the monthly supply reviews, helping to guide strategic decisions and manage any challenges that arise. At the same time, you'll oversee the weekly planning process, ensuring it stays responsive to seasonal shifts and evolving customer needs.

Reducing stock at risk will be a key focus and you'll be expected to drive initiatives that not only identify issues but also ensure follow-through on corrective actions. You'll also work closely with the commercial and site teams to fine-tune logistics, minimise damage, and improve both cash flow and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, ideally within FMCG or aerospace sectors.
• Proven track record of leading multifunctional teams in a high-speed business environment.
• Strong background in change management and navigating complex business operations.
