About the Role:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and optimize the entire supply chain process—overseeing production scheduling, inventory management, supplier partnerships, and logistics. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of materials and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute efficient production schedules that align with ambitious operational goals, minimizing lead times and maximizing throughput.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP standards and regulatory compliance, managing document control to maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee inventory control and material requirements planning (MRP), forecasting demand and collaborating closely with procurement to avoid disruptions.
• Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with suppliers through effective Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Manage complex logistics operations, including cold chain compliance and international shipments, to guarantee timely delivery of critical materials.
• Leverage data and analytics to generate insightful reports, driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven expertise in supply chain management within biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors—experience in cell and gene therapy is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical skills with ERP/MRP systems and hands-on knowledge of GMP standards and cold chain logistics.
• Exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive while juggling multiple priorities.
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as a Master’s degree or certifications like APICS or CSCP are a plus.
