DSJ Global is searching for a Supply Chain Manager to establish a central supply chain function across multiple business units. Backed by a parent organization with a strong market track record, the company has grown significantly by acquiring entities across Europe and the USA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for change management and will unify these local businesses to develop a mature, synergized organization by implementing group-wide processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a global supply chain strategy across existing entities.
• Establish a central, group-wide supply chain function, setting best practices in planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Lead the consolidation of tools and systems (ERP), ensuring optimal adoption from a supply chain perspective.
• Develop KPI dashboards to monitor performance and drive operational excellence.
• Manage change by creating and optimizing international processes, ensuring successful adoption and long-term implementation.
• Oversee sourcing strategies, supplier performance, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships.
• Enhance cross-functional visibility and collaboration to improve lead time, costs, and delivery performance.

Skills/Experience Required

• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience managing international teams and fostering a global supply chain culture across multiple locations.
• Strong change management skills, capable of articulating strategic vision to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in technical or engineering environments, preferably in high-mix manufacturing.
