This is a newly created role for a Supply Chain Manager that will report into the Head of Procurement.

Your new role

Duties will include:

1. Develop and execute supply chain strategies to boost efficiency and service levels.
2. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to minimise disruptions.
3. Collaborate with suppliers & manufacturers to ensure smooth supply flow and resolve issues.
4. Monitor supplier performance and enforce quality standards (KPIs).
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and sustainability initiatives.
6. Optimise supply chain strategies to reduce costs.
7. Oversee timely purchasing and material delivery for project timelines.
8. Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
9. Conduct supplier factory audits to assess performance and service quality.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous relevant experience across supply chain. Ability to manage projects and work to deadlines.
