Job summary

HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a Supply Chain and Finance Systems Manager to lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of critical Supply Chain and Finance applications across the Integrated Applications and Physician Services team in London.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage a team, oversee service management and engage with stakeholders, suppliers and technology colleagues to drive automation and efficiency while aligning with security and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading technology services in Supply Chain and Finance within a complex organisation.
  • Experience planning and leading large-scale business process improvement initiatives leveraging technologies to drive automation.
  • Strong people management with track record of developing staff capability and performance management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the provision of technology-based services to meet defined organisational needs.
  • Lead service management, support and governance across Supply Chain and Finance systems.
  • Align and prioritise production support, operational activities, portfolio projects, service requests and work packages.
  • Manage staffing plans, resource allocation and capacity planning to support service delivery.
  • Develop and optimise processes and procedures, driving continual service improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring services meet SLAs and security requirements.
  • Manage supplier performance and relationships, supporting service improvement, risk management and operational delivery.
  • Lead, support and develop direct reports including performance management and staff development activities.
  • Plan and lead large and complex process improvement initiatives, supporting automation and effective use of technology.
  • Support the strategic direction, standardisation, optimisation and continual improvement of Supply Chain and Finance applications and services

**Supply Chain and Finance Systems Manager****1 London Bridge** **Full time, 37.5 hours per week** **Permanent** We are looking for a Supply Chain and Finance Systems Manager to join our Integrated Applications and Physician Services team. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Applications and Physician Services, this role is responsible for the Supply Chain and Finance optimisation and technology strategies for HCA Healthcare UK, alongside the day-to-day delivery of ITG services across the division. You will lead the support, governance and continual improvement of critical Finance and Supply Chain systems, working closely with stakeholders, suppliers and technology teams. You will oversee a team responsible for the delivery, support and governance of these systems, covering service management and strategy, business analysis, testing, performance monitoring and ongoing system maintenance. **Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life.
