Job description

Job Description

Supply Chain Executive – Interim (12-Month FTC, Maternity Cover)

Location: Azzurri Head Office, London

Contract: Full Time | 12-Month Fixed Term

Reports to: Head of Supply Chain & Distribution

The Azzurri Group is one of the UK’s largest and most successful hospitality investment platforms. We operate two leading Italian full-service brands, Zizzi and ASK Italian, the UK’s leading quick-service Italian, Coco di Mama, renowned Irish fast casual Mexican restaurant brand Boojum and most recently the world famous, ‘mind-blowing’ fried chicken brand, Dave’s Hot Chicken.

Azzurri employs nearly 6,000 people, serving over 15 million meals annually in our growing estate of over 235 restaurants and stores.

Across all our brands we focus on what really matters to our customers – a memorable experience, high-quality food, great people, and beautifully designed restaurants and stores. The service is personal, the food delicious and the whole experience leaves you wanting more.

We’re on the lookout for a Supply Chain Executive to join our central team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You’ll be the engine room of our Purchasing & Supply Chain (PSC) team, helping to keep non-food supplies flowing, suppliers performing, and our restaurants fully equipped – from new store openings to peak trading periods.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting the supply chain that powers our restaurants – a role that’s part detective, part problem solver, part people person.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage the PSC helpdesk, resolving queries from restaurants and liaising with suppliers to sort issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Interpret and share daily stock reports, keeping teams informed and prepared.
  • Check supplier invoices, challenge errors, and ensure we’re getting what we pay for.
  • Support our key service partners and help keep performance on track, attending service meetings and following up on KPIs.
  • Help coordinate new store openings and refurbishments so our teams hit the ground running.
  • Work with distributors to prepare for seasonal surges and holiday disruptions – and make sure the comms are crystal clear.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Highly organised with a cool head under pressure
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Detail-obsessed with strong Excel skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Experience in distribution or service-based supply chains a plus
  • Knowledge of waste/recycling/window cleaning logistics is a bonus

What You’ll Get from Us

  • 3% pension contribution
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Life assurance & income protection
  • WeCare – 24/7 GP, mental health & wellbeing support
  • 50% off dining, 25% for family & friends
  • Ongoing learning & development
  • Free coffee, breakfast twice a week & regular lunch treats

Our London office, designed by our own creative team, is a true reflection of our brands – warm, stylish, and full of energy. This role will be based in the office 3 days a week, with 2 days working from home.

If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and make things happen — we’d love to hear from you!
