Job summary

Eisai EMEA is seeking a Supply Chain Digital Analyst to advance data-driven decisions across planning, sourcing, making, and delivering medicines. You will own master data governance, build dashboards, and deploy AI-enabled tools to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

Based at Eisai’s EKC HQ in Hatfield, you will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and IT to drive continuous improvement and ensure a stable supply of products to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as supply chain, analytics, engineering, or life sciences.
• Experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP and pharmaceutical processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain supply chain master data governance across end-to-end processes.
• Develop and improve dashboards and analytics tools for inventory, planning, and performance.
• Support AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to enhance decision making and efficiency.
• Act as a system and data subject matter expert for supply chain platforms and ERP.
• Lead process mapping, standardisation, and Lean initiatives across the chain.
• Support capacity planning with production to smooth supply during constraints.
• Analyze planning data for monthly demand and supply reviews.
• Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
