Job summary

NatWest Markets (NWM) is seeking a Supply Chain Support Lead to own and deliver process efficiencies across supplier portfolios, generating executive-level reporting to support sourcing and supplier decisions. The role focuses on using internal and external data to drive dynamic insights and improve turnaround times.

You will manage process maps, SOPs and documentation, and lead transitions from manual processes to online tooling, collaborating with TPRM and other teams to enhance data quality

Qualifications

• Supply chain knowledge and data analytical skills.
• Experience in developing executive-level reporting and drawing clear conclusions on benefit opportunities and risk exposure.
• Experience in data management, process standardisation, simplification and transitioning manual processes to online tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver process efficiencies, improve turnaround time and support continuous improvements.
• Interrogate broad data sets to draw inferences on opportunities and risk across supplier portfolios.
• Generate clear, accurate and timely executive-level reporting to support sourcing and supplier decisions.
• Manage process maps, SOPs and documentation for all processes.
• Transition manual processes to online tooling and improve data quality and usability.
