Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc in London is seeking a Supply Chain & Distribution Coordinator for a leading fashion retailer. The role supports movements from suppliers through warehouses, stores, wholesale partners and online customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

This position requires import/export experience, freight forwarder coordination, and strong Excel skills to manage shipments, tracking, and customs processes with a proactive, detail‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or import/export.
• Knowledge of HMRC customs procedures.
• Experience working with freight forwarders.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator who can manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import shipments and manage freight forwarder relationships.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.
• Maintain shipment tracking and logistics reporting.
• Support customs clearance processes and HMRC compliance.
• Ensure accurate tariff codes and country of origin data.
• Manage store delivery queries, stock transfers and carrier claims.
• Support distribution, stock integrity and wider logistics projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised logistics professional with import/export knowledge and freight forwarding experience to take ownership of day-to-day supply chain operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
