Join our social network platform! We are seeking a candidate with experience in FMCG, logistics, freight, or supply chain management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential. Good analytical skills and problem-solving appetite are also required. Experience with SAP / Navision ERP systems is beneficial, along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

1. Administer the setup of new customers or products within our ERP system.
2. Build and maintain supplier load plans, amending order confirmations as necessary.
3. Liaise with growers to confirm volumes and varieties loaded.
4. Set up Purchase Orders in the Prophet ERP system for all arrivals, raise delivery notes, create ASN labels, and issue booking references for direct deliveries.
5. Email packing programs and raw material arrival schedules to packing sites and the logistics team.
6. Coordinate with logistics to ensure sufficient stock is available at all packing sites to fulfill orders.
7. Obtain stock inventory levels from third-party packers and share with logistics.
8. Administer purchase orders and process work orders in the Prophet ERP system where required.
9. Process sales orders for products supplied from third-party packers.
10. Place customer crate orders and manage the hire and de-hire process for direct suppliers and third-party packers.
11. Manage stock control of customer crates for direct suppliers.
