The Role
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the vital link between operations, sales, and logistics-ensuring a smooth flow of inventory and accurate execution of volume and distribution plans. You will manage the end-to-end process from packhouse to customer, maintaining tight control of forecasts, stock levels, and logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage inventory systems (Microsoft D365 & offline tools)
Coordinate product storage, packing, and outbound distribution
Maintain and update customer forecasts and inventory records
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure pallet accuracy and readiness
Communicate product requirements (size, pack, grade, country of origin, etc.)
Oversee inbound logistics, including documentation, transport, and customs
Collaborate with internal teams to pre-plan sales volumes and adjust for external factors
Develop SOPs and continuous improvement processes
Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers
About you
Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain or inventory management, ideally in perishables
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel
Experience in ERP systems and implementation
Excellent analytical and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
Proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
