Job summary

Castle View Personnel Ltd. based in Inverness is seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our team. The role emphasises quality, compliance, assurance and risk management across supply chains and external suppliers.

You will review information, identify gaps, and manage multiple priorities with good IT and systems skills. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required to support nationwide supplier engagement.

Qualifications

• Confidence reviewing information and identifying gaps, risks or areas requiring further attention.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT and systems skills.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of an area of responsibility.
• A practical, positive approach to working with both internal teams and external suppliers/subcontractors.
• A full UK driving licence, with the ability to travel when required.

Hours: Full Time (39 hours per week, Monday – Friday)

Our client is looking to appoint a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join their team based in Inverness. This is an excellent career opportunity offering ongoing development and the role may suit applicants from a range of backgrounds including supply chain, quality, compliance, assurance, auditing or business systems.

Attributes Required:

• Experience in supply chain, quality, compliance, assurance, procurement or a similar environment.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence reviewing information and identifying gaps, risks or areas requiring further attention.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT and systems skills.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of an area of responsibility.
• A practical, positive approach to working with both internal teams and external suppliers/subcontractors.
• A full UK driving licence, with the ability to travel when required.

The following experience would be advantageous, but training and development will be provided:

• Auditing or carrying out compliance reviews
• Control of accreditations including: ISO’s 9001/14001/45001, Constructionline, Achilles,
• Supply chain onboarding and due diligence
• Risk based approach to supply chain
• Managing approved supplier lists
• Monitoring insurances, accreditations and certification
• Experience within construction, civil engineering, utilities, energy or infrastructure
