Supply Chain Associate

Location: WISCH Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: 10 - 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Embark on a dynamic journey as a Part-time Supply Chain Associate, where each day offers new opportunities in supply chain management. Your role will include managing inventory and supporting business-to-business operations through procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions to meet customer needs and drive business success. This position is based at our branch located at 5202 Westfair Ave, Weston, WI 54476. After onboarding and training, a flexible schedule may be available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing branch inventory levels
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
• Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing products
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
• Supporting accounts receivable activities
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Performing other duties to ensure branch success

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
• Currently pursuing or have a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or have relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
• Strong math skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
• Organized with good planning and prioritizing abilities
• Problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills
• Alignment with core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screening if applicable
