Job summary

ADVANCED ELECTRONICS LIMITED is offering a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship at the Balliol Business Park site in Longbenton. The role supports procurement, sustainability and logistics, gaining hands-on experience across the end-to-end supply chain.

The apprentice will help raise purchase orders, maintain ERP data, track deliveries, support ESG data collection, and assist with freight documentation and stock control. Training is provided by an approved provider.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English at grade 5/C or above.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Support: raise and process purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, maintain ERP/MRP data, track orders and assist with invoice queries.
• Sustainability Support: maintain sustainability data, engage suppliers on ESG initiatives and report metrics.
• Logistics & Operations Support: coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, assist with imports/exports documentation, liaise with freight forwarders, maintain stock records.
• General Supply Chain Administration: keep records, reports and KPI data, support continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
