Supply Chain Analyst

Permanent role, full time, 39 hours a week

Hybrid (currently 3 days office, 2 days from home)

Will be expected to provide weekend cover between 7am and 10am as agreed with other team members

Salary: £28-33 per annum + benefits

Reporting to: Head of Demand and Fulfilment transformation

About the Role

The Supply Chain Analyst supports the wider supply chain and distribution teams by monitoring network performance and identifying improvement opportunities. Following significant investments in Pets at Home's supply chain, including a new distribution centre and an AI supply planning platform (Relex), accurate data management is crucial. The role involves ensuring high-quality inputs and monitoring outputs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily checklists, periodic data input checks, and produce KPI reports focused on supply chain and logistics.
2. Identify patterns and trends from data and insights, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities to team members.
3. Assist Relex Super Users with system operations, minor enhancements, and testing.
4. Provide daily system monitoring, including weekend coverage, and support during system failures to minimize disruptions.
5. Serve as a process expert and guardian within the supply chain function.
6. Respond to internal queries regarding product availability and stock levels.
7. Ensure adherence to established standards and procedures through training and monitoring.
8. Support improvement initiatives across people, processes, and systems from evaluation to ongoing maintenance.
