Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Lancing (Hybrid 3 days in the office)
Salary: GBP31,716 per annum (Band E, Level 3)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

About the role

We re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team, helping us optimise stock and boost sales across multiple channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced retail environment, where your insights will directly influence key business decisions.

As our Supply Chain Analyst, Key responsibilities are:

• Manage stock levels and product availability across our channels
• Analyse sales data and prepare weekly performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams (Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing)
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth deliveries
• Support and manage the development of a Supply Chain Assistant

• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• Experience in stock planning, supply chain, or merchandising
• Effective communication and the ability to work cross-functionally
