The Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst with a passion for demand planning and a talent for collaboration. In this role, you'll support our business by working closely with the wider Supply Chain Team to forecast demand and manage key customer relationships across our entire customer base. You’ll play a crucial part in our S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, helping to drive our growth.

A key focus of the role will be working alongside our DACH commercial team and customers, so fluency in German is essential. Your ability to communicate seamlessly with our DACH stakeholders will be key to ensuring effective partnerships and smooth supply chain operations.

We’re looking for someone who loves the fast-paced world of consumer goods, thrives on independence, and has a knack for making complex data easy to understand. If you’re highly analytical, enjoy solving challenges, and have the confidence to share your insights with diverse teams, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, growing business and contribute directly to our continued success in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to maintain an accurate 18-month rolling forecast for Little Moons' SKUs and customers, ensuring accuracy measures are met and continuously improved.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and analyse promotional volumes to develop and adjust forecasts.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key customers in the DACH region, fostering a collaborative approach to forecasting for mutual benefit.
  • Support Collaborative forecasting for key events by working with Customer’s supply chain teams.
  • Maximize customer service levels by effectively liaising with the production planning team and monitoring the daily forecast and demand performance.
  • Provide input to supply planning by developing inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
  • Assist the Demand Planning Manager in creating, developing, and implementing enhanced demand planning reports and processes as the business evolves.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of demand planning systems and software to support robust forecasting and planning activities.
  • Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts and business objectives.
  • Contribute to the business’ Sustainability strategy by delivering your Brighter Future Sustainability objectives.

Some of the benefits of working here include:

  • Enhanced Baby Leave available.
  • We understand that mental health matters. We partner with Health Assured to provide remote emotional support to team members.
  • Discretionary annual bonus based on personal & company performance.
  • Paid sick leave
  • Your holidays – We believe in finding your work-life alignment and encourage all staff to use their 25 days, plus public holidays.
  • Additional day off for your birthday.
  • Additional days off with long service.
