Job Summary

The Supply Chain System Analyst will play a key role in the Supply Chain organization, supporting existing system solutions and new system implementations. The role may involve acting as a business liaison between Supply Chain, Netcare, and other stakeholders.

Onsite presence is required in Lake Zurich, IL, 3 days per week.

Salary Range: $73,700 - $80,000
Note: Final pay will depend on experience, education, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for Supply Chain systems, including SAP Warehouse Management, Labor Management, Environmental Monitoring, and Tracelink.
• Analyze and report on supply chain system issues.
• Collaborate to specify and improve system processes.
• Support Tracelink for EDI and ASN data flow related to pharmaceutical shipments.
• Assist with system updates, implementations, and administration:
• Generate User Requirements based on business needs.
• Review functional specifications with IT to ensure accurate translation of business needs.
• Participate in project management activities.
• Document process impacts with business partners.
• Execute test scenarios.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for systems.
• Support validation/requalification of GMP/cGMP systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or IT.
• Pharmaceutical experience with EDI and ASN for Tracelink is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with supply chain systems support and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in healthcare or FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
