The Supply Chain Analyst will join a dynamic family business to support its growth following resilience through recessions, Brexit, and Covid. Do you have the vision to enhance their planning and improve customer service?

This role offers a great opportunity for someone with Supply Chain experience to develop their career and grow with the company. Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure timely, complete deliveries and maintaining high customer service standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate stock levels, managing end-to-end supply chain issues alongside the Procurement Manager, overseeing relationships with storage and distribution providers, and resolving delivery issues with clear communication both internally and externally. Building relationships with customer Supply Chain teams and their information platforms to provide business insights is also key.

Working closely with the Commercial team, you will understand current and future needs through effective forecasting, ensuring accurate data collection and communication.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of managing customer relationships, knowledge of stock keeping units (SKUs), comprehensive supply chain process knowledge, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and expertise in data analysis and forecasting.
