Job Description
  • Oversee key activities such as ERP transactions, both manual and via EDI.
  • Support vendor and business partner relationships.
  • Execute daily processes and perform data management, including data mining, modeling, and analysis; conduct cost/benefit and problem analyses.
  • Handle ad-hoc queries and maintain reports to support departmental and organizational needs.
  • Create reports on weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth order and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers.
  • Provide solutions to logistics challenges while maintaining high quality and service standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and explore cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement protocols to enhance strategic logistics initiatives.
  • Support inter-departmental projects as needed.
  • Monitor and standardize 3PL flows.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience with EDI is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced/expert), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Experience in analyzing business processes and documenting requirements.
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines to achieve SLAs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across divisions and levels within a global organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
