Job Description Supply Chain Delivery Analyst

Certain Advantage is recruiting on behalf of a globally recognized automotive client for a Supply Chain Analyst based in Sutton Coldfield. This is a contract position inside IR35, starting ASAP until 26/05/2026. You will join a team within our client’s Supply Chain division, supporting the development of new and existing markets through constructing global supply chain networks, supplying products for vehicles built in the UK and overseas.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Support the end-to-end supply of component parts for new vehicle programme pre-production builds in UK and overseas manufacturing facilities, including:

• Understanding customer requirements
• Customer quotations
• Raising orders
• Supporting the Release & Follow-up team
• Managing outbound shipments with the customer and logistics partner Syncreon

Manage stakeholders across internal functions (Supply Chain Management, Import/Exports Operations, Account Management, Finance) and external departments (customer programme teams, Plant MP&L, 3PLs) to ensure timely fulfillment of material and programme requirements.

Track and monitor order status, providing regular updates to customers.

Undertake additional tasks as directed by the line manager related to their role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Experience in supply chain planning and logistics, particularly with SAP systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and working efficiently under pressure.
• Resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of delivering in a complex environment.
• Results-driven with drive, tenacity, and perseverance.
• Team player who actively supports colleagues.
