We're recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst to join a dynamic and growing consumer brand distribution business.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving forecasting accuracy, inventory optimisation, and end-to-end supply planning in a fast-paced, data-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple channels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Support the planning and coordination of supply chain activities to meet customer demand
• Analyse supply chain data and trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making
• Assist with S&OP processes and ensure data integrity across systems
• Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and commercial teams

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in a supply chain, planning, or inventory analyst role (FMCG or consumer goods experience preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas; Power Query / Power BI a bonus)
• High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude
• Ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP systems or forecasting tools is a plus
