KARL STORZ is seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Business Administration Apprentice in Slough. You will support our supply chain operations and after-sales activities by performing a range of administrative tasks while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

In this role you will gain hands-on experience across sales, operations and service teams, handling data entry, quotations, orders and document control, all within a structured apprentice program that

Qualifications

• 3 A Levels or equivalent desirable.
• GCSE English and Maths required.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales, operations and after-sales teams.
• Handle data entry, document creation and records management.
• Take calls and emails, with professional communication to stakeholders.
• Carry out reception duties and greet visitors on-site.
• Prepare quotations and customer orders for products and services.
• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier communications.
• Support inventory management, stock tracking and inspections.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics activities.
• Assist with customer feedback, meetings and minute-taking.
• Suggest process improvements and help update procedures.
