Job summary

MiChild Group is seeking an Early Years Educator for a supply-based role at Teddies Day Nursery, located on the Royal Oldham Hospital Grounds. You will support a Good-rated setting caring for children aged 0–5, delivering high standards of care and learning.

You’ll work rotating early and late shifts with opportunities for professional development through MiChild Learning Hub and wellbeing support enabled by MiChild benefits.

Qualifications

• Full Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
• Strong EYFS knowledge and understanding of child development
• Robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
• Experience in a nursery or with 0–5s
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with children and families
• Flexible, adaptable and passionate about inspiring young minds
