Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Supply and Demand Planner to join our Food business, helping to keep products flowing and shelves ready for customers. You’ll connect strategy with action, forecast demand, and build strong supplier relationships in a fast-moving retail environment.

You’ll collaborate across teams, use data to spot trends, support launches and promotions, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing culture at M&S.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supply and demand planning, ideally in retail or a similar environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to forecast demand and influence decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support planning and reporting.

Who You Are
  • Experienced in supply and demand planning, ideally in retail or a similar environment
  • Passionate about food, our products, and making a difference for customers and colleagues
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage priorities and adapt to change
  • Analytical and confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to support decisions
  • A collaborative team player who values inclusion, resilience, and brings a positive, proactive approach to every challenge
