Job summary

Zest is seeking a Supplier Technical Manager in the West Yorkshire area. The role focuses on owning the technical relationship between the business, suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance with customer, retailer and legislative requirements.

You will lead supplier audits, manage supplier performance, maintain product specifications and support the technical team while working closely with the Technical Director to continually improve standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supplier Technical Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS and major retailer standards.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and managing supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects relating to suppliers and products.
• Lead supplier audits and product specifications, ensuring compliance.
• Manage day‑to‑day technical relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Support and mentor the technical team to maintain high standards.
