Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join an established engineering business in Scunthorpe. You will own supplier quality performance, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Ideal candidates will have strong root cause analysis skills, experience with PPAP/FAI, and a track record of delivering effective corrective actions while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• MUST have supplier quality/quality engineering experience.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Experience with supplier audits and performance improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and data-driven quality improvement.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier approval, onboarding and ongoing performance management.
• Drive corrective actions and root cause investigations.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments; manage NCs and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
