Job summary

Team Recruitment (Poole) Limited is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for a Poole-based precision engineering business. You will drive supplier quality improvement, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, and support NCR and non-conformance resolution.

The role involves conducting supplier, process and internal audits, supporting NPI and PPAP activity, and using quality data to identify and deliver improvements while helping reduce the Cost of Poor Quality and maintaining ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Engineering/Quality qualification or relevant industry experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis, supplier quality and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is desirable.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join a Poole based precision engineering business and help drive product, process and supplier quality across their manufacturing operation.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys getting to the root of a problem — and making sure it stays fixed.
