Job summary

Xpertis Talent seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our established engineering and manufacturing partner in Reading. You will manage supplier quality performance, investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions with suppliers to improve processes and product quality.

You will collaborate with procurement, engineering and manufacturing teams and support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring supplier documentation and technical requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supplier Quality or Quality Engineering role.
• Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of quality tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with supplier audits and corrective actions.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor supplier quality performance.
