Qualifications

• Kenntnisse in Qualitätsstandards und Problemlösungswerkzeugen.

What You Will Do

• Spearhead quality excellence initiatives aligned with AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 standards.
• Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solutions, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
• Utilise best practice quality tools such as PPAP/APQP and 8D problem resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to ensure the pre-production process is supported.
• Participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) as required.
• Manage and improve the non-conformance reporting (NCR) system and oversee production key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Extensive experience in quality environments within supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, marine or defence sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Practical knowledge of quality standards and problem-solving tools.
• Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong influencing skills, attention to detail and a willingness to travel on a global basis occasionally.
