Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in a technical field, strong data/reporting skills using Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with policy writing and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a technical field with strong quality background.
• Experience compiling data, tracking programs and reporting.
• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel for formal reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver training and present to groups.
• Experience writing policies and procedures with project coordination.
• Experience mapping documentation and benchmarking activities.
• Familiarity with regulatory QA systems (TCCA, FAA) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of supplier quality disruptions and drive corrective actions.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and implement robust actions.
• Follow up to ensure actions are completed and effective.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore stability.
• Organize QA-related activities and monthly reporting as required.
