Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Supplier Performance Lead to oversee supplier performance and drive data-led improvements, ensuring great service and customer outcomes across Personal Lines Operations. A bit about the job

This role exists to ensure our supplier partners consistently deliver great service, strong performance and positive customer outcomes. You'll join a collaborative team within Personal Lines Operations, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support operational delivery. The team is responsible for supplier oversight, performance management and continuous improvement across key business activities. You will be accountable for measuring supplier performance, managing risks and driving improvements through data-led insights. Your work will help ensure suppliers meet Aviva's standards, regulatory requirements and customer commitments.
