Job summary

The Sun & 13 Cantons, a legendary pub in Soho, is seeking a full-time Supervisor with Restaurant and Bar experience to join our established team. The role covers five days across 30-40 hours per week, in a gastropub environment transitioning to KAMU, our Sri Lankan concept.

You will lead by example, help train staff, keep spirits high, and ensure guests receive outstanding service. We value people-first culture, strong communication, and a passion for food, drink, and brilliant hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Restaurant and Bar supervision.
• Full-time availability: 30–40 hours per week across five days.
• Willing to learn, take direction and join the established team.
• Excellent team player with a positive attitude.

The Sun & 13 Canton's is a legendary pub in the heart of Soho, established in 1882, famous for the actors, musicians and artists who have graced its floors. Our pub serves a mix of classic and craft beers with a focus on music and the arts. The restaurant is ran as a residency and is currently transitioning to KAMU, a Sri Lankan concept which been successful in several London pubs.

We're looking for a full-time (30 - 40 hours a week across five days) experienced Supervisor with RestaurantandBarexperience, in either a gastropub or restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in the above, is willing to learn, can take direction and wants to join the established team. We have a great team of like minded people currently on-board and only want to add to this.
