The Mad Hatter Hotel in London is seeking a supervisor who leads by example, owns the guest experience, and sets the standard on every shift.

You will motivate a small team to deliver consistently excellent service and create memorable experiences for every guest. The role involves hands-on leadership and ongoing training of new staff, with a focus on hospitality excellence.

This role is all about customer service. We are looking for a supervisor who leads by example, takes ownership of the guest experience, and sets the standard on every shift. Located in-between Southwark station and Blackfriars Bridge, The Mad Hatter Hotel attracts a mixed crowd of business and tourist travellers. There are 30 bedrooms, plus a busy downstairs pub serving fresh food and real ales.
