Supervisor
OVERVIEW
The Supervisor's primary responsibility is driving excellent customer service in the store through our selling ceremony (Every Moment Matters).
The Supervisor is also responsible for:
- Role modeling outstanding Pandora customer experience and salesmanship by being an ambassador for the Pandora brand and giving a voice to people's loves.
- Supporting onboarding, induction, and ongoing selling skills development of the store sales team.
- Driving the sales floor to maximize selling opportunities and support the sales team to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Maintaining operational excellence in line with Pandora standards alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Enhanced operational accountability in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Strategy
- Understand and demonstrate the link between sales, service, brand, and results to deliver commercial success and support KPI performance.
- Maintain team motivation and engagement to create a positive shop floor environment for team and customers.
- Monitor sales performance throughout the day and take appropriate action to address in the moment.
Team Sales Development
- Conduct sales observations to improve KPI performance and customer experience.
- Deliver impactful feedback to drive high performance and unlock sales potential.
- Proactively induct new team members into Pandora.
- Deliver sales training and provide ongoing support.
- Communicate goals and progress with the team, providing regular feedback.
Salesmanship, Customer Experience and Brand Ambassador
- Achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs through expert execution of the customer experience model.
- Inspire the team as a Pandora product expert, leveraging deep product knowledge to personalize selling opportunities.
- Create an outstanding customer experience, leading by example and championing a customer-centric culture.
Store Operations
- Support basic store operations including VM, stock management, and health & safety.
- Hold store keys and ensure safe opening/closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Manage operational shifts when necessary.
