Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Supervisor for a major High Street brand in a part-time role (30 hours per week). You will oversee a frontline team, ensure deliveries are checked and stock levels maintained, and support weekly rotas and basic bookwork.

Responsibilities

• Check and store deliveries promptly.
• Supervise a team and foster a positive work environment.
• Act as responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties.
• Create weekly rotas under the manager's guidelines.
• Place orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegate tasks and keep the team proactive.
• Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. As a Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
