Lovely Pubs seeks a proactive Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams at our Baraset Barn venue in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will inspire a cohesive team, maintain high service standards, and support delivery of a memorable dining experience for guests in a busy pub environment.

We value hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for fresh food and wines. Training and ongoing coaching are part of the role, with opportunities for career progression within the Lovely Pubs family.

Baraset Barn will provide an unforgettable dining experience. Granite, pewter and oak are used to dramatic effect within the restaurant, which comfortably seats around 100 people.
