Job summary

Fuller’s in Mayfair is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead a friendly, busy team across our pubs and hotels. You’ll keep guest experiences high and team spirits strong, delivering warm, hands-on service and clear coaching.

We value individuals who communicate well, enjoy fresh food and wines, and take pride in training new staff. Induction and ongoing training are provided, with earning opportunities including a tip-based weekly pay and Wagestream access.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to lead by example and train new staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure smooth service and high standards during shifts.
• Coach, train and onboard new team members.
• Communicate clearly with staff and guests to maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• Support scheduling and ensure timely service.
