Fuller’s The White Buck is a manor house hotel in the New Forest countryside, offering a boutique setting with 20 bedrooms and a dining room. We seek a hands-on Supervisor who leads with a positive attitude, keeps the team motivated, and ensures guests enjoy a relaxed but professional service.

You will train new team members, positively drive team morale, and communicate clearly to deliver exceptional hospitality across our pubs and hotel offerings.
