As a Rituals Expert, you’re part of our in-store management team. You are a master of the Rituals feel-good experience with the product expertise to match. You are a true brand ambassador, listening to customers’ needs, and also a role model and mentor to Rituals Advisors.

Being a Rituals Expert means being a lead sales advisor with aspirations to expand your professional skills in luxury retail and cosmetics!

You’ll work alongside your Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Rituals Advisors to achieve personal and store goals. You’ll interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal experience and mentor Rituals Advisors.
