The role
The supervisor is our brand ambassador. You will oversee the busy sales floor, motivate sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service, and support in creating memorable customer experiences.
Enjoying a fast-paced retail environment is essential. You will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will set personal KPIs and sales targets and lead by example.
Note that airport store hours may include late nights and early mornings, to be discussed during interviews.
