We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven supervisor to join our store team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to meet targets, and providing world-class service, we'd love to hear from you!

The role

The supervisor is our brand ambassador. You will oversee the busy sales floor, motivate sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service, and support in creating memorable customer experiences.

Enjoying a fast-paced retail environment is essential. You will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will set personal KPIs and sales targets and lead by example.

Note that airport store hours may include late nights and early mornings, to be discussed during interviews.

What to expect from the role

  • Conduct daily team briefs, share KPIs, and motivate the team to exceed them
  • Perform store walks and understand visual merchandising's impact on sales
  • Monitor sales figures and handle escalated complaints
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective selling skills
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service

Store operations

  • Act as key holder, ensuring proper opening/closing procedures
  • Handle cashing up, till reconciliation, and administrative duties
  • Assist with product deliveries and store stocking
  • Operate tills, handle transactions, and escalate issues as needed
  • Follow security policies to ensure safety
