Permanent Supervisor - Part Time

Our Supervisors have a special talent for amazing our Customers. Jewellery retail is about great product knowledge—the gems behind the pieces and how each product features come to life in our customer experience. As the face of H. Samuel, you will reflect our brand, culture and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Be a role model of amazing customer service for other team members, achieving targets, maximising sales and giving customers the benefit of your product expertise.
  • Help store management by coaching new team members, helping them settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow their customer retail skills.
  • Represent the brand in line with our culture and values, and contribute to a positive store environment.
Your Background
  • Retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to sell.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence and an outgoing personality to build rapport with customers and showcase product features.
  • Ambitious and ready to take a stepping stone into your first management role; with coaching, training and support to develop quickly.
