Job description

One of our clients is looking for an Electrically Biased Building Services Supervisor in London SW7. Previous experience working in a Multi-Tenanted, Banking, or Hotel environment would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
2. Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
3. Familiar with current Health and Safety legislation relevant to safe working practices.
4. City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognized equivalent.
5. 17th/18th Edition I.E.E. Registration.
6. Electrical Apprenticeship within the building maintenance industry.
7. Experience with maintenance duties including fault diagnosis and rectification.
8. Experience with electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
9. Supervising one other staff member.
10. Managing contractors and issuing permits.
11. This is a hands-on role with administrative duties.
12. Working hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
13. Covering 1 weekend in 4, 08:00-17:00 (with 2 days off during the week).
14. Working within a hotel environment.

Compensation:

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 + up to 10% bonus linked to PPM schedule.
