Role Overview

As part of the store’s Junior Management team, you will support managerial functions, help maintain customer service standards, supervise staff, and assist in daily managerial processes as directed by Store Management.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing complaints, inquiries, and ensuring staff appearance aligns with company guidelines.
2. Drive sales targets by monitoring service levels, utilizing in-store devices, and analyzing reports for product placement.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock presentation, and support sales floor standards.
4. Train and develop staff, assist with inductions, encourage progression, and oversee training assessments.

Role Objectives and KPIs

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
• Meet upselling and cross-selling targets.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure stock accuracy during audits.
• Complete mandatory training for new colleagues.

Skills and Experience

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for retail, with knowledge of current trends and competitors.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
